We are putting our jewel into your hands, positive that you will relish the sober elegance of its interiors and gardens. It is very easy to describe our property: it is a small treasure enclosed in the intense green of Umbria, kissed by its warm sun, absorbed in Etruscan, Roman, medieval and Renaissance art and history, which in these places reached very high levels.

Narni, Lugnano in Teverina, Amelia, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Montefalco, just to mention the closest ones, are pearls of intact beauty. Not only finding art and his-tory, you will find enjoyment and pleasure too with the music and theater appointments of the Orvieto Umbria Jazz Festival and the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto.

Food and wine play an important role in the attractions of this area: truffles, mushrooms, vegetables, fowl, chocolate and the very good vine varieties, such as Sagrantino, rule the rust in the cuisine from Umbria. While you drive the roads surrounded by woods, vineyards, cornfields, in a sequence of hills and culti-vated valleys, you will be delighted to discover small country restaurants or small agricultural businesses. But you will be also delighted to be able to stay at home and enjoy the swimming pool and the sun, dedicate yourself to the preparation of pizzas and bread cooked in our oven, organize a nice BBQ and savour food and wine in the shadow of the beautiful grape and wisteria arbour, or dance and listen to the music at the poolside, ride a horse, go biking, play archery, football or volleyball.
